SoHo Hound Family,

Hope everyone had an amazing and sun-filled 4th of July holiday. We have been busy at work this Summer with some exciting new changes for the company. First, and one we are BEYOND excited about, is our new logo. SoHo Hound will be turning 5 in September and it's time for some new changes. We wanted a logo that better represents the SH voice and personality. We hope you all love it as much as we do!

Secondly, we are working on a new website! With that said, we will also be transferring over to a new client portal (app) that will streamline the booking and payment process. We will be launching that in the next month and be in touch with all clients on how to set-up their own personal accounts. This feature will allow you to enter in your own bookings and make any changes directly. It will also allow you to view all upcoming bookings to ensure your pets are covered. Lastly, a card on file will give easier payment processing and notes section to help update any new medicine, feeding, etc. changes we need to know about your pet. Once launched, we would love your feedback on the new system.

With our team of 13, we are so thankful to our staff for all of their hard work. We would not be able to service the South Tampa community without their support and love for animals, so a big shout out to the SoHo Hound crew! Thank you to all of our clients for allowing us to do what we love on a daily basis.

Meeting at FSU and being friends for over 14 years, it was time to partner up and do something we love and are proud of. We both left corporate careers working with well known international companies to pursue our real passion: pets! We often talked about what care for our pets we wished we could have found while working long hours and traveling all over for our jobs. Owning rescues, we know every pet has different needs.

So this is our way of giving back, of giving our clients peace of mind while they are away from their pets. Our experience has taught us the importance of personal, high-quality care and we are committed to catering to our clients' needs, no matter what the request may be.
